1. Pan-India Delivery Coverage

Whether your bridal trousseau is destined for a metropolitan residence in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Delhi, or an ancestral home in Kerala, Rajasthan, or Assam, our insured couriers deliver safely to your doorstep.
2. Dispatch Processing & Inspection Timeline
Because authentic handloom silk is an artisanal craft, every saree undergoes meticulous preparation before release:
- Dispatch Window: All orders are carefully inspected, steam-creased, and handed over to our courier partner within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment confirmation (Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays).
- Fall & Pico Finishing: If you select our complimentary fall & pico finishing service, our master tailors complete the edging stitch within 24 hours without delaying your dispatch schedule.
- Luxury Keepsake Packaging: Each saree is cocooned in breathable organic muslin, boxed in a rigid keepsake chest, and sealed with a tamper-evident security barcode.
3. Estimated Delivery Transit Schedules
Once your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner and an Air Waybill (AWB) is assigned, estimated transit durations are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Policy
All prepaid orders of ₹999 or higher qualify for zero shipping fees. Insurance and specialized packaging are included at our expense.
A nominal shipping charge of ₹99 is applied to cover courier transportation and insured packing.
5. Courier Partners & Real-Time AWB Tracking
We partner with industry-leading courier carriers—including Blue Dart Apex Air, Delhivery Express, and DTDC Premium—to ensure high-value handlooms are treated with utmost reverence.
Once your parcel is dispatched:
- An automated SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your official Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct courier tracking link is dispatched to your registered mobile.
- You can monitor real-time courier telemetry directly from your Kalyana Vastra Orders Dashboard.
- For delivery coordination, the courier executive will contact your provided mobile number on the day of delivery.
6. Non-Delivery, Failed Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)
To ensure reliable handover:
- Delivery Attempts: The courier partner will make up to three (3) consecutive delivery attempts before initiating Return to Origin (RTO).
- Address Inaccuracy: If the delivery address or contact number provided at checkout is incorrect, please contact our concierge immediately at support@kalyanavastra.com so we can update the carrier manifest.
- Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is returned to our atelier due to non-availability, refusal, or unreachability across 3 attempts, we will contact you to coordinate re-dispatch or process a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
